What Could 2018 Be For You?
The sun is slowly beginning its ascent again. I’m spending these days thinking about the little seeds of intention I found during the darkest time of Solstice.
For me this is the point in the year where I begin to dream what might be possible, what I might dare to imagine manifesting. This is a time for looking at the reflections from this year, take a look at these questions for inspiration or these from Girasole Life Design It’s a time for beginning to plan, creating mind maps, daring to dream big!

What might this look like?
This might mean living with the cycles of the moon, this is the ideal reference as a non menstruating woman or as a menstruating woman living guided by your own cycle. This can mean changing how you approach life over your month, supported by different types of movement, varying your diet, time alone and time with others, the type and style of work you’re doing and loads more.
